Ülseratif kolit seyrinde gelişen sweet sendromu (Olgu sunumu)
Öz: Sweet sendromu daha çok baş, boyun ve üst ekstremitelerde lokalize, kırmızı-kahverenkli, ağrılı plak ve nodüllerle karakterizedir. İdyopatik olabildiği gibi ilaca bağlı olarak gelişebilir ya da başka bir hastalığa eşlik edebilir, İnflamatuar barsak hastalıklarında en sık görülen deri belirtileri eritema nodosum ve pyoderma gangrenosumdur. Ancak daha seyrek olarak Sweet sendromu ile birlikte görülebilir. Burada ülseratif kolit tanısı konan, tedavi ile hastalığı remisyonda iken Sweet sendromu gelişen ve arkasından hastalığı alevlenen bir olgu sunulmuştur. Sweet sendromu tanısı konan hastalarda etyolojide inflamatuar barsak hastalıkları da araştırmalıdır.

Sweet's syndrome associated with ulcerative colitis: A case report
Öz: Sweet's syndrome is characterized by tender, red-brown inflammatory plaques and nodules, usually affecting the upper limbs, face or neck. It is first described by Sweet RD in 1964 as a dermatological disease. Subsequently it has been associated to several disease. One of those rarely describe is the association to chronic intestinal inflammatory disease. We reported a patient with ulcerative colitis developed Sweet's syndrome preceded by exacerbation of his colitis. We recommend to carry out gastrointestinal studies in patient with Sweet's syndrome to detect their association.
