ACUTE EFFECTS OF DIFFERENT WARM-UP PROCEDURES ON 30M. SPRINT, SLALOM DRIBBLING, VERTICAL JUMP AND FLEXIBILITY PERFORMANCE IN WOMEN FUTSAL PLAYERS

Öz:
Bu çalışmanın amacı kadın futsal oyuncularında farklı günlerde uygulanan farklı ısınmaprosedürlerinin top sürme, 30 metre sprint, dikey sıçrama ve esneklik özelliklerine akut etkisiniincelemektir. Çalışmaya Muğla Sıtkı Koçman Üniversitesi kadın futsal takımından 10 sporcukatılmıştır. Çalışmaya katılan sporculara üç farklı ısınma protokolü (ısınma grubu I; 5 dk. Jogging,ısınma grubu II: 5 dk. Jogging ve statik egzersizler, ısınma grubu III; 5 dk. Jogging ve dinamikegzersizler) uygulanarak her protokolün top sürme, dikey sıçrama, esneklik, 30 metre sprintözellikleri üzerine akut etkileri incelenmiştir. 30 metre sprint, toplam 10 metre uzunluğundakislalom testinde top sürme özellikleri kronometre ile ölçülmüştür. Esneklik için otur-uzan testikullanılmıştır. Sporcuların dikey sıçrama performansları durarak ulaşabildiği yükseklik ilesıçrayarak ulaşabildiği yükseklik arasındaki fark alınarak hesaplanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilenverilerin analizi için SPSS 16.0 paket programı kullanılmıştır. Gruplar arasındaki farklılıklarınanlamlı olup olmadığının test etmek için Kruskal Wallis testi, gruplar arasındaki farklılıkların hangigruptan kaynaklandığını test etmek için Tukey HSD uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda 30metre sürat koşusu ve dripling değerlerinde anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur.(p<0,05).Sonuç olarakfarklı ısınma protokollerinin kadın futsalcıların dripling ve 30 metre sürat koşusu değerleri üzerinefarklı etkiler yapabileceği görülmektedir.

Öz:
The aim of this study was to determine the acute effects of warm-ups procedures which wasapplied different days on slalom dribbling, 30m. sprint, vertical jump performance and flexibility inwomen futsal players. Ten women athletes who play futsal in Mugla Sıtkı Kocman University,participated this study. Ten women athletes were assigned randomly to 3 different warm-upprocedures (Warm up group I; 5 minutes jogging, Warm up group II; 5 minutes jogging and staticstreching, Warm-up group III; 5 minutes jogging and dynamic exercises) on non-consecutive days.After each warm-up session, all athletes were tested on slalom dribbling, 30m. sprint, vertical jumpand flexibility performances. 30m. sprint and slalom dribbling test performances was measuredwtih a stopwatch. For Flexibility, Sit and reach test was used. Vertical jump performance ofathletes were measured by taking difference between the height that they can reach by standingand the height that they can reach by jumping. For the analysis of the data obtained from thestudy, SPSS 16.0 program was used. To find out whether there are any significant differencesbetween the groups, the Kruskal-Wallis test was used and to find out which group cause thedifference, Tukey HSD test was used. As a result of the study, significant differences were found30m. sprint and slalom dribbling performance (p<0,05). Consequently, different warm upprocedures may have different effect on slalom dribbling and 30m. sprint performance in womenfutsal players
