Pedasa'da Bulunan Bir Kemik Heykelcik
Öz: Bodrum Yarımadasında kurulan Leleg kentlerinden biri olan Pedasa ve çevresinde son yıllarda yapı- lan kazı ve araştırmalar, Karia Bölgesi arkeolojisine ışık tutacak yeni veriler sağlamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, kentte Athena Kutsal Alanındaki kazılarda ortaya çıkarılan buluntulardan biri olan ve M. Ö. 7. yüzyılın 3. çeyreğine tarihlenen, Suriye stilinde yontulan kemik kadın heykelciğinin stili, fonksiyonu, Ege ve Yakındoğudaki diğer merkezlerden gelen örneklerle bağlantıları üzerinde durulacaktır.

A BONE FIGURINE FOUND IN PEDASA
Öz: The recent surveys and excavations conducted in one of the Lelegian settlements in Bodrum Peninsula, Pedasa and its environs, yielded new evidence that would shed light on Carian archaeology. This contribution evaluates the stylistic features and the function of a bone figurine, carved in Syrian Style, dated to the third quarter of the 7th century B.C., as well as its close connections with the similar examples from the other centers in the Aegean world and the Near Eastern.
