Uterine prolapsus is one of the rare complications during pregnancy. The treatment in the cases of uterine prolapsus ought to be determined according to the gestational week and the degree of prolapsus. Resting or reduction the prolapsus practised by pushing manually or with the help of pessary might be prevent the cervical ulceration and acute urinary retention. Normal delivery may take place in the absence of cephalopelvic disproportion or fetal distress for the cases of uterine prolapsus in pregnancy. In our case represented the clinic with the prolapse of uterus at the 16th weeks of pregnancy. After the gynecologic and ultrasonographic examination, uterus reducted with the help of pessary. The patient attended to outpatient clinic because of dropped down the pessary but the prolapsus was disappeared and there was no needs to pessary. She gave birth vaginally at 36th gestational weeks. Uterine prolapse cases evaluate individually and treatment should planned according to clinical follow up findings.
