The Concurrence three different beningn pathologi- es in one nose
Öz: Introduction: Nasal polyposis, inverted papillomasand respiratory epithelial adenomatoid hamartomasare the benign pathologies of nasal cavity..Case presentation: We report a case of patient withrespiratory epithelial adenomatoid hamartoma(REAH) of bilateral olfactory region, inverted papil-loma in right nasal cavity and nasal polyposis in leftnasal region. Respiratory epithelial adenomatoid ha-martomas is generally originated from olfactory clefthowever nasal polyposis and inverted papilloma aregenerally originated from maxillary and ethmoid si-nuses or nasal cavity like in our case.Conclusion: The rare property of this case is concur-rence of three pathologies in one case. Although na-sal polyposis and REAH relationship was described inmany cases there is not a reported case of this trilogybefore.

Öz: Giriş: Nazal polipozis, inverted papillomlar ve respi- tuar epitel kaynaklı adenomatiod hamartomlar nazal kavitenin benign patolojileri arasında yer almaktadır. Vaka sunumu: Bu makalede her iki olfatktör alanda respiratuar epitelyal adenomatoid hamartoma, sağ nazal kavitede inverted papilloma ve sol nazal kavite- de nazal polipozis tespit edilen bir vaka sunulmakta- dır. Respiratuar epitelyal hamartomlar sıklıkla olfak- tör alandan kaynaklanırken inverted papillomlar ve nazal polipler bu makalede olduğu gibi sıklıkla mak- siller ve etmoid sinüslerden kaynaklanmaktadır. Sonuç: Bu makalenin nadir görülme özelliği bu 3 farklı patolojinin aynı anda birlikte bulunmasıdır. Nazal polipozisle respiratuar epitelyal adenomatoid hamartomlar arasındaki ilişki daha önceden değişik çalışmalarda gösterilse de bu 3 farklı patolojinin bir arada aynı anda gösterildiği başka bir vaka sunumuna rastlanılmamıştır.
