Transvers Kolon Adenokarsinomuna Bağlı Gelişen Gastrokolik Fistül: Olgu Sunumu

Öz:

Gastrokolik fistüller gastrointestinal sistem kanserlerinin nadirkomplikasyonlarından birisidir. Bu durum malign proçeslere bağlı gelişebildiğigibi, peptik ülser, crohn hastalığı gibi patolojilere de eşlik edebilir. Malignitegörülen hastalarda en sık fistül gelişimi transvers kolon distalindeki ve/veyasplenik kolon komşuluğundaki kanserlerde görülmektedir; bu durumun insidansıise %0.3-0.4 arasında olabilir. Bu yazıda kolon kanserine bağlı gelişen ve distalsubtotal gastrektomi, subtotal kolektomi, ileosigmoidal anastomoz,gastrojejenostomi, jejunojejenostomi uygulan bir gastrokolik fistül olgususunulmuştur.

Öz:

Gastrocolic fistulas are one of the rare complications of gastrointestinal system cancers. This may occur due to malignant processes and may also accompany pathologies such as peptic ulcer and crohn's disease. The most common occurrence of fistula in patients with malignancy is seen in cancers adjacent to the distal transverse colon and / or splenic colon; the incidence may be between %0.3-0.4. In this paper, a gastrocolic fistula case was presented that developed based on colon cancer and for which distal subtotal gastrectomy, subtotal colectomy, ileosigmoidal anastomosis, gastrojejunostomy, jejunojejunostomy were implemented
