Romatoid artrit'te yeni tanısal otoantikorlar
Öz: Romatoid artritte (RA) erken tanı ve erken tedavi eklem hasarını önleyebilir; ancak uygun tanısal kriterlerin yetersiz olması erken tanıya engel olmaktadır. RA'te tanı konmakta yaşanan güçlükler, gerçek bir hastalığa-spesifik serolojik marker olmamasına bağlı olabilmektedir. Hastalık tanısı için erken döneminde kullanılabilecek, sensitivitesi ve spesifitesi yüksek serolojik testlere ihtiyaç vardır. Bu derlemede RA hastalığında rol oynaması muhtemel olan ve son yıllarda daha sıklıkla incelenmeye başlanan otoantikorlar kısaca tartışılacak ve yapılmış çalışmalardan örnekler sunulacaktır.

Novel diagnostic autoantibodies in rheumatoid arthritis
Öz: Early diagnosis and early treatment can prevent joint damage in rheumatoid arthritis (RA); but the lack of appropriate diagnostic criteria hinders early diagnosis. There are not many disease-specific serological markers for the diagnosis of the disease. Highly sensitive and specific markers are needed in the early stages of the disease. The autoantibodies which probably play an importanat role in the pathogenesis of RA and have increasingly been examined in recent years, will be reviewed, discussed, and examples given of the work done.
