Microfungi of Kurtboğazı dam (Ankara) and its environment

Öz:
Araştırma alanı, Ankara ili sınırları içindeki Kurtboğazı barajı ve çevresidir. Alanda yapılan çalışmalar sonucunda, bitkilerde gelişen 112 tür mikrofungus tespit edilmiştir. Teşhisi yapılan türlerin mantarlar alemindeki dağılımı: Ascomycota (23 tür), Basidiomycota (25 tür) ve Anamorphic Fungi 64 tür şeklindedir. Kaydedilen mikromantarlar yüksek yapılı bitkilerden 36 familya ve 68 genusa ait 73 tür ile ilişki kurmaktadırlar. Gloeosporium cistinum türü Türkiye için yeni kayıttır.

Kurtboğazı barajı (Ankara) ve çevresinin mikrofungusları

Öz:
Research area is around the Kurtboğazı dam lake in Ankara province. One hundred twelve species of microfungi were found in this area. It is determined that this species are belong to Ascomycota (23 species), Basidiomycota (25 species) and Anamorphic Fungi (64). The recorded micromycetes revealed their consort relationships with 73 species of higher plants from 68 genera of 36 families. Gloeosporium cistinum is new record for Turkey.
