An endemic species in Turkey: Morphological and anatomical investigation on Fritillaria fleischeriana Steudel & Hochst. ex Schultes & Schultes fil. (Liliaceae)
Öz: Bu çalışmada Eskişehir için endemik bir tür olan Fritillaria fleischeriana Steudel & Hochst. ex Schultes & Schultes fil. türünün morfolojik ve anatomik özellikleri verilmektedir. Bitki örnekleri Meşelik, Yıldıztepe, Musaözü, regülatör bölgelerinden toplanmış olup morfolojik ve anatomik incelemeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Fritillaria fleischeriana’nın yeni betimi verilmiş ve Türkiye florası ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Anatomik çalışmalarda kök, gövde ve yaprakların enine kesitleri ve yaprakların yüzeysel kesitleri incelenmiştir.

Öz: Anatomical and morphological features of Fritillaria fleischeriana Steudel & Hochst. ex Schultes & Schultes fil. which is an endemic species in Eskişehir are presented in this study. Plant samples have been collected from Meşelik, Yıldıztepe, Musaözü, regülatör regions and morphological and anatomical investigations have been carried out. The new morphological description of Fritillaria fleischeriana has been performed and compared with the flora of Turkey. For anatomical studies, cross-sections of the root, stem and leaves and surface sections of the leaves of F. fleischeriana have been investigated.
