Rinolitiyazis: Klinik bulgular, tanı, tedavi ve radyolojik bulgular

Öz:

Rinolit veya burun taşı terimi nazal kavite yerleşimli endojen veya ekzojen bir nidus etrafında tuzların birikmesiyle meydana gelen taşlardır. Nadir görülürler ve uzun süre boyunca tanı konulmazsa nazal obstrüksiyona yol açacak kadar büyüyebilirler. Genellikle burun tıkanıklığı ve kötü kokulu akıntı hastaların doktora esas başvuru sebepleridir. Tanıda nazal endoskopi en önemli yeri tutar. Boyut ve çevre dokularla ilişkisini saptamak amacıyla sinüs grafisi ve bilgisayarlı tomografi istenebilir. Tedavisi cerrahi olarak rinolitin çıkarılmasıdır. Literatür incelendiğinde rinolityazis genelde tek olgular halinde raporlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada rinolityazisi olan 32 yaşındaki hastanın klinik bulguları, tanı, tedavi ve radyolojik açısından incelenerek sunulmuştur.

Öz:

Rhinolithis are the stones that are located nasal cavity and exist by accumilation of salt around exogen and endogen nidus. They are seen rarely and if it is not diagnosed for long time it can expand and result in nasal obstruction. Patinets have rhinolithiasis admitted to hospital with the most common symptoms; bad smell nasal discharge and nasal obstruction.Nasal endoscopy is the most important method in diagnosis.CT (computed tomography) and sinus XR can be used to show size of rhinolithis and and relationships with the adjacent tissues. The main treatment is surgery, excission of rhinolithis.Rhinolithis are commonly reported as case report in literature. In this study we presented 32 years old patient has rhinolithis with his or her history of diagnosis, treatment options, radiolgic findings
