Karizmatik liderlikte duygusal zeka boyutuyla cinsiyet faktörüne ilişkin literatürsel bir çalışma
Öz: Liderlik yaklaşımları geleneksel yaklaşımlardan sonra daha çok psiko dinamik boyutta gelişmekte, sosyo-duygusal ve iletişim temelli yaklaşımlara yönelik eğilimler artmaktadır. Liderlik-duygusal zeka ilişkisi ile ilgili yakın tarihli literatüre bakıldığında ise çalışmalarda karizmatik liderlikte sosyo-duygusal zeka faktörlerinin etkisi üzerine ağırlıklı olarak odaklanıldığı, cinsiyet faktörü üzerine çok fazla değinilmediği görülmektedir. Dolayısıyla her iki alanda da cinsiyet faktörünü literatürsel anlamda irdelemek gereği karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı; karizmatik liderlik-sosyo-duygusal zeka yetkinliklerinde cinsiyet farklılığını literatürsel düzeydeki teorik yaklaşım ve araştırma örnekleriyle irdelemektir. Çalışmada, yeni liderlik yaklaşımları olarak tanımlanan transformasyonel liderlik içinde karizmatik liderlik, duygusal zeka kavramları genel olarak aktarılmakta ve karizmatik liderlik-duygusal zeka ve cinsiyet ilişkisine yönelik araştırma ve yaklaşımlar üzerinde durulmaktadır.

A literature study of gender role in charismatic leadership with the point of emotional intellingence
Öz: After the traditional theories, modern leadership approaches in psycho dynamic extent have lead in tendency of socio-emotional theories. Researches recently continues to support the relationship between social and emotional competencies and charismatic leadership, however few studies have specifically adressed the impact of gender differences on this relationship. So there is a growing necessity to argue the gender factor on both EI competencies and leadership. The major purpose of this paper is to examine the gender in the literature of EI and charismatic leadership theories and emprical analysis. So firstly recent charismatic leadership and EI concepts and views will be taken and then adress the researches and studies related the predictive relationship between gender-EI and charismatic leadership in this study.
