İhmal edilen bir konu 'Mobbing': Bir olgu sunumu

Öz:

‘İşyerinde psikolojik taciz” (mobbing) eskiden beri bilinen, ancak çoğu zaman açığa çıkarmaktan kaçınılan, adeta bilinmezden gelinen karmaşık, çok boyutlu ve çok disiplinli bir konudur. Günümüzde her geçen gün mobbing mağdurlarının sayısı arttığı göz önüne alındığında nedenleri, yol açtığı ruhsal ve bedensel belirtilerin tanınması, tedavisi ile çözüm konularının araştırılmasının gerekliliği çok açıktır. Bu çalışmada psikiyatri polikliniğimize başvuran son 1 yıldır mobbing mağduru olan, 42 yaşında, 2 çocuk annesi, yüksekokul mezunu, kamu kuruluşunda çalışan hastanın bilgi ve bulguları sunulmuştur.

An ignored subject "Mobbing" a case report

Öz:

Psychological pressure in workplace’ (mobbing) is a complex, multidimensional and multidiscipline subject which has known for ages but mostly avoided to be released or even preferred to remain unknown. When the rapid increase in the number of victims is taken into consideration, it is clear that there is a necessity to define the reasons and to diagnose the psychological and physiological symptoms it caused and to search for the ways of treatment and solution. In this study a patient, a victim of mobbing for a year, at the age of 42, university graduate, having two children and working in a public foundation, is presented.
