Tiroid papiller karsinomunun kribriform-moruler varyantı
Öz: Tiroid papiller karsinomunun kribriform-moruler varyantı papiller tiroid karsinomunun oldukça nadir bir alt tipidir. Bu alt tip genellikle familial adenomatöz polipozis'li hastalarda bildirilmiştir. Ancak bu antite ile birlikteliği olmayan olgular da tanımlanmıştır. Papiller karsinomun kribriform-moruler varyantının diğer agresif tiroid neoplazmlarından ayrılması önemlidir. Sol tiroid lobunda nodül saptanan 29 yaşındaki erkek hastaya tiroidektomi yapıldı. Histopatolojik incelemesinde olgu tiroid papiller karsinomu, kribriform-moruler varyant tanısı aldı. Tanı sonrası yapılan kolonoskopide polipozise rastlanılmadı. Bu çalışmada, polipozis ile birlikte olmayan bu olgu sunulmuş ve literatür bilgileri eşliğinde tartışılmıştır.

Cribriform-morular variant of papillary thyroid carcinoma
Öz: Cribriform-morular variant of papillary thyroid carcinoma is a rare histological subtype of papillary thyroid carcinoma. This subtype is commonly reported in patients with familial adenomatous polyposis. However, cases not associated with polyposis have also been reported. The differential diagnosis of this entity from other aggressive thyroid neoplasms is important. A 29-year old man presented with a solitary mass in the left thyroid lobe underwent total thyroidectomy. Pathologic examination of the specimen revealed cribriform-morular variant of papillary thyroid carcinoma. After diagnosis, colonoscopy revealed a normal colon without polyposis. Herein, we report a case not associated with polyposis and discuss with the literature.
