What the futures of neoliberal globalization will become is one of the most important heritages left by the global economic crisis into the next years. In this process, the leaders of the global economy and the economic performances of the countries has been one of the issues being watched 2008 global crisis with severe contagious effect and having profound and lasting consequences on the globaleconomic system could not be expected to overcome smoothly. This is why theBRIC (Brazil, Russia, India and China) countries created by the rapidly growingand emerging economies the pre-crisis period are also affected by the global economy and y changed their economic policies in the financial crisis. China and India are relatively less affected by the global crisis, while the commodity producerin Russia and Brazil experienced negative growth in the crisis. In 2009, the economies of Brazil and Russia have grown negative. But by 2010 the economic performance of the BRIC countries sustained again and caught to the precrisis periods. In this study, the context of the economic crisis began with collapse of the U.S. housing finance system and become global quickly and the effects and measu res applied by countries in this period have been investigated focusing the BRIC countries.
