Norveç ekonomisine ve kamu maliyesine genel bir bakış
Öz: Norveç hem 2008 ekonomik krizine güçlü göstergelerle girmiş hem de krizin etkilerini son derece hızlı bir şekilde üzerinden atabilmiştir. Bu başarının gerisinde Norveç‟in güçlü kamu kesiminin varlığı yatmaktadır. Norveç‟te kamu kesimi, niceliksel ve niteliksel boyutlarıyla diğer gelişmiş kapitalist ekonomilerden önemli ölçüde farklılık göstermektedir. Norveç, piyasa ile güçlü kamu kesimini diğer gelişmiş kapitalist devletlerin yaşamakta olduğu finansallaşmış neoliberal büyüme modeli nden farklı bir toplumsal model çerçevesinde sentezleyebilmiştir. Bu çalışmada Norveç‟in kamu maliyesi, makroekonomik göstergelerle birlikte ve özellikle 1990‟ların başında ve 2000‟lerin sonunda yaşanan kriz konjonktürlerindeki dönüşüm vurgulanarak ele alınmaya çalışılacaktır.

An outlook on Norway public finance and economy
Öz: Norway had experienced robust economic performance before the 2008 crisis and also has been successful to alleviate the effects of the crisis soon. Behind this achievement lies the existence of strong public sector which considerably differs from other developed capitalist economies‟ public sectors, in essence and in quantitative terms. Norway has been synthesizing market mechanism with strong public sector through a model that is distinct from financial neoliberal growth archetype‟. This article tries to examine the public finance of Norway with considering macroeconomic setting and emphisising conjunctures of the crises of the early 1990‟s and late 2000‟s.
