RİNOLİTLER
Öz: Rinolitler, buran boşluğunda yer alan taşlaşmış yabancı cisimlerdir. Burun tıkanıklığı, buran akıntısı ve kötü koku bu hastalardaki başlıca şikayetlerdir. Aileleri tarafından, ağız kokusu ve tekrarlayan buran akıntısı şikayetleriyle KBB polikliniğine getirilen iki çocuğun muayenesinde, anterior rinoskopide sağ buran boşluğunda, alt konka ile septum arasında yerleşik kitleler görüldü. Waters grafıde ve paranazal sinüslerin bilgisayarlı tomografisinin koronal kesitlerinde, hastaların sağ buran boşluklarında, pasajı kapatan ve etrafında kalsifıkasyonlara ait opasiteler bulunan kitleler saptandı. Lokal anestezi altında, anterior rinoskopi ve nazal endoskopik yaklaşımla çıkarılan yabancı cisimlerden birinin, etrafı taşlaşmış bir balon parçası olduğu anlaşıldı.

RINOLITHS
Öz: Rhinoliths are calcified foreign bodies which lodged in the nose. Nasal obstruction, discharge and odor are main symptoms of these patients. Two children with halitosis and recurrent nasal discharge were referred by their families to ENT outpatient department. On examination, anterior rhinoscopy revealed masses lodged betvveen the septum and the inferior turbinate in right nasal cavities of the patients. Waters view and paranasal sinüs CT coronal sections showed mineralized masses which have had a radiopaque zone surrounding it and which has caused nasal obstruction. The masses were removed by anterior rhinoscopy and nasal endoscopy under local anesthesia and it was seen that öne of them has been a calcified piece of balloon.
