Renal transplantasyon sonrası gebelik: Olgu sunumu

Öz:

Son evre renal hastalıkta gebelik nadir bir durumdur. Renaltransplantlı hastalarda başarılı bir gebelik sağlanabilir an-cak anne ve fetus için birçok risk mevcuttur. Bu hastalarındikkatli bir şekilde takibi yapılmalıdır; nefroloji, obstetrik veneonatoloji uzmanları ile multidisipliner bir yaklaşım uygu-lanmalıdır. Bu yazıda, 31 yaşında 6 yıldır renal transplanteböbrek taşıyan bir gebe hasta sunuldu. Otuz beşinci gebe-lik haftasında erken membran yırtılması ve primipar makatprezentasyon endikasyonuyla sezaryen seksiyo ile 2070 grsağlıklı bir erkek bebek doğurtulmuştur.

Pregnancy after renal transplantation: Case report

Öz:

Pregnancy is a rare condition in patients with end stage chronic renal disease. Women with a renal transplant can have a suc- cessful pregnancy; however there are many risks for both the mother and the fetus. These patients should be carefully moni- tored and a multidisciplinary approach with specialists of ne- phrology, obstetrics and neonatology is required. In this report a 31 year old pregnant women with a renal transplant of six years is presented. At the 35th week of pregnancy, the delivery of a 2070 gram healthy male infant was performed via cesar- ean section due to premature rupture of membranes and pri- mipara breech presentation.
