Ligamentum cruciatum posterior' a lateral diccoid meniscus
Öz: Bu çalışma 70 yaşındaki bir hasta bacak ağrısı şikayeti ile ortopedi polikliniğimize başvurmuştur. Hastanın yapılan fizik muayenesinde ve genel muayenesinde periferik damar hastalığı tespit edilmiş olup cerrahi olarak yüksek femoral amputasyon uygulanmıştır. Ameliyat sonrası hastanemizde rutin yapılan disseksiyon sonrası hastada ligamentum cruciatum posterior'a yapışık lateral diskoid menisküs tespit edilmiştir. Diskoid menisküs diz eklemindeki menisküslerin disk şeklindeki bir varyasyonudur. Bununla ilgili bir çok sınıflama yapılmıştır. Ayrıca ırklar ayrımı da oldukça barizdir. Lateral menisküste medial'e oranla daha sık görülmektedir. Diskoid menisküs ile birlikte bir çok anomaliler tanımlanmıştır. Ancak bizim vakamızdaki şekline, yaptığımız literatür taramalarında rastlayamadık.

Lateral discoid meniscus with atteched postarior cruciate ligament
Öz: In this case, A patient aged 70 was admitted to our orthopedics clinic with a complaint of pain in his leg. In the physical and general examing was found out that he had a peripheric vein disease and we applied high femoral amputation in the surgery. After a routine dissection done following every operation in our hospital, a lateral discoid meniscus, which is atteched to posterior cruciate ligament, was found. Discoid meniscus is the variation of a disc shaped meniscuses in the knee junction. Many classifications related to this were made, which obsiously come to appearance regarding races. It can be seen more frequently in lateral meniscus than medial. Many anomalies were described as regards to discoid meniscus. However, we couldn't find any similar events, like ours in literatures.
