Akciğerin primer adenoid kistik karsinomu: Olgu sunumu

Primer pulmoner adenoid kistik karsinom nadiren görülür ve optimal tedavi yaklaşımı hala belirsizdir. Pulmoner adenoid kistik karsinoma genellikle trakea ve ana bronş gibi merkezi hava yollarında yerleşik, tükrük bezi tipinde malign solunum yolu tümörüdür. Günümüzde primer tedavisi cerrahi rezeksiyondur. Radyoterapi adjuvan veya palyatif tedavi olarak kullanılmaktadır. Yazımızda nadir görülen bir tümör olması nedeni ile kliniğimize inoperable olarak başvuran ve adenoid kistik karsinom tanısı alan olguyu sunmayı amaçladık.

Primary adenoid cystic carcinoma of the lung: A case report

Öz:

Pulmonary adenoid cystic carcinoma is a rare salivary glandtype malignant neoplasm of respiratory tract that usually locates at the central airways such as trachea and main bronchus. The incidence is relatively rare and the optimal treatment strategy is still unclear. Surgery has been considered as the primary treatment, but radiotherapy is generally applied as an adjuvant or palliative treatment. As it is a rare seen tumor, we presented a case of inoperable adenoid cystic carcinoma that was admitted to our clinic.
