Ekrin porokarsinom: Olgu sunumu
Öz: Ekrin porokarsinom, ekrin ter bezlerinin intraepidermal ekrin duktuslardan köken alan nadir görülen malign bir tümördür. Porokarsinoma genellikle yaşlı insanlarda görülür ve en sık alt ektremitelerde lokalizasyon gösterir. Genellikle uzun bir süredir var olan benign ekrin poroma zemininde gelişirler. Tedavisi geniş lokal eksizyondur. Biz burada 73 yaşında gluteal bölgede gelişen ekrin porokarsinoma olgusunu sunuyoruz.

Eccrin porocarcinoma: Acase report
Öz: Eccrine porocarcinoma is a rare malignancy that originates from the intraepidermal ductal portion of the eccrine sweat gland. Porocarcinoma is commonly found in elderly persons and most common located in the lower exremities. It usually occurs on the pre- existing lesion of benign eccrin poroma. The treatment is widely local excision. Here we report of a73 years old man diagnosed with eccrin porocarcinoma that develop on the gluteal region.
