Selektif boyun diseksiyonu ve etkinliği

Öz:
Baş boyun epidermoid karsinomlarında, servikal lenf nodları metastazının varlığı prognozda büyük önem taşımaktadır. Metastatik lenf nodları varlığının tespiti ve diseksiyonu en az primer tümör bölgesine müdahale etmek kadar önemli- dir.

Öz:
Cervical lymph node metastasis have great importance role in prognosis of head and neck epidermoid carsinomas. To determine and dissect the metastatic lymph nodes is as important as interventing to the region of primary of the tumor.
