Bipolar bozuklukta kişilerarası ilişkiler ve sosyalritim terapisinin temel ilkeleri

Öz:
Kişilerarası İlişkiler ve Sosyal Ritim Terapisi hastanın sosyal ritmindeki aksamalar ile psikiyatrikbozukluğun geçmiş ataklarının başlangıcı arasındaki ilişkiyi fark edebilmesini kolaylaştıran birpsikoterapi yöntemidir. Bu terapi biçiminde, sosyal ritim ve uyku / uyanıklık düzeninin korunabilmesi için psikoeğitim ve davranışsal teknikler kullanılır. Kişilerarası ilişkiler ve sosyal ritim terapisibipolar spektrum bozuklukları olan ya da risk taşıyan bireylerde, sosyal ritim düzeninin, sirkadyenritim senkronizasyonunda rol oynadığını vurgulayan "sosyal zeitgeber teorisi" ile yakından ilgilidir.Kişilerarası ilişkiler ve sosyal ritim terapisinin sosyal ritimleri koruduğu ve bipolar bozukluğungidişatında olumlu etkiye sahip olduğu gösterilmiştir. Bu gözden geçirme yazısında bipolar bozuklukta kişilerarası ilişkiler ve sosyal ritim terapisi uygulamasının teorik ilkeleri ve temel adımlarıüzerinde durulacaktır.

Basic principles of ınterpersonal socialrhythm therapy in bipolar disorder

Öz:
Interpersonal Social Rhythm Therapy is a psychotherapy modality that helps the patient recognizethe relationship between disruptions in social rhythms and the onset of previous episodes ofpsychiatric disorders. It uses psychoeducation and behavioral techniques to maintain social rhythmand sleep/wake regularity. It is closely related to social zeitgeber theory that emphasizes theimportance that social rhythm regularity may play in synchronization of circadian rhythms inindividuals with or at risk for bipolar spectrum disorders. Interpersonal and social rhythm therapyhas been shown to stabilize social rhythms and enhance course and outcome in bipolar disorder.This review focuses on the theoretical principles and the basic steps of interpersonal and socialrhythm therapy as a psy chotherapy approach in bipolar disorder.
