Öz:
Tüm kılavuzlarda, aşırı aktif mesane hastalığının ilk basamak tedavisinde konservatif yöntemler önerilmektedir. Bu makalede aşırı aktif mesane tedavisinde konservatif tedavilerin yeri ve etkinliği literatür bilgileri ışığında değerlendirilmiştir.
