Localized fibrous tumor of the pleura: An unusual intrathoracic case

Öz:

Localized fibrous tumors of the pleura are uncommon and their definitive diagnoses are rarely made preoperatively. These tumors can attain massive sizes before becoming symptomatic. Surgical removal is the treatment of choice. In the present study, a patient with a localized fibrous tumor of the pleura notable for its massive size is reported.
