Adolesan Gebelikler
Öz: Adolesan gebelikler hem gelişmiş hem de gelişmekte olan ülkelerde önemli bir sağlık sorunu olmaya devam etmektedir. Adolesan gebelikler, adolesan annede ve bebeğinde uzun dönemde sosyal ve ekonomik olarak istenmeyen durumların gelişmesine yol açabilir. Bu gebeliklerde obstetrik komplikasyonlar ve perinatal mortalite oranları artmış olup plansız adolesan gebeliklerin önlenmesi için gerekli tedbirlerin alınması oldukça önemlidir. Adolesan gebeliklerde yeterli ve erken dönemde prenatal bakımın başlamaması bir başka önemli problemdir. Bu derlemenin amacı ülkemizdeki ve dünyadaki durum ile ilgili bilgi vermek ve klinisyenlerde adolesan gebelikler ve bu gebeliklerde gelişebilecek komplikasyonlar ile ilgili bir farkındalık yaratmaktır

Adolescent Pregnancies
Öz: Adolescent pregnancies continue to be a major health problem in both developed and developing countries. Adolescent pregnancies socioeconomically may lead to development of unwanted situations in the long term in mother and her infant. Obstetrical complications and the perinatal mortality rate have increased in these pregnancies, and to take the necessary precautions to prevent unplanned adolescent pregnancies is very important. Another problem is the lack of early and adequate prenatal care. The aim of this review is to provide information about the situation in our country and the world, and to create awareness among clinicians for adolescent pregnancy and pregnancy complications that may be developed
