Çalışmada, Rosenberg Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği, Başarı Yönelimleri Ölçeği, İçselMotivasyon Ve Sınav Kaygısı İçin Motivasyon Ve Öğrenme Stratejileri Ölçeği alt ölçekleriile birlikte öğrencilerin not ortalamaları kullanılmıştır.

Parent Academic Achıevement Pressure and Support Scale Psychometric Assessment and Construct Validity: Amongst Secondary School and High School Students

Öz:
A number of parents can provide support to their children for a better education whereas someparents may hold the opinion that the best way for their children to receive a better training isthrough pressure. Present research aims to develop a measurement scale to determine thenegative and positive results likely to occur in case of parents' selection of either choice. Tothat end, two different studies have been conducted. In the first study, the number ofparticipants is 536 and in the second study 529 secondary school and high school students.Research data have been compiled from secondary and high schools in Denizli. In the firststudy, the factor structure and internal consistency was examined. In the second study, component and distinctive validity were tested.motivated strategies for learning questionnaire for intrinsic motivation and test anxiety scale, the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, The Goal Orientation Scale are used. As a result, Parents'Academic Achievement Pressure And Support Scale (PAAPSS) is found to be a valid andreliable scale for both middle school and high school students
