Nefrotik sendrom tanılı hastada tespit edilen HIV nefropatisi
Öz: Bu olgu sunumunda, nefrotik sendromla gelen hastalarda ayırıcı tanı yaparken HIV ilişkili nefropatiyi düşünmenin önemi vurgulanmıştır.Bacaklarda şişlik, hâlsizlik ve yorgunluk yakınmaları ile başvuran hastanın tetkiklerinde nefrotik sendrom düzeyinde proteinüri ve hiperlipidemi saptandı. Fizik muayenesinde de anazarka tarzı ödemi olan hastaya nefrotik sendrom tanısı kondu. Etiyolojik neden olarak hastada HIV pozitifliği saptandı. Yapılan böbrek biyopsisi fokal segmental glomerülosklerozis olarak raporlandı. Nefrotik sendrom tanılı hastalarda, HIV'in de etiyolojik bir faktör olduğu unutulmamalıdır

HIV-associated nephropathy diagnosed in a patient with nephrotic syndrome
Öz: In this case report, we aimed to emphasize the importance of considering HIVassociated nephropathy in the differential diagnosis of patients presenting with nephrotic syndrome.Nephrotic-range proteinuria and hyperlipidemia were found in the patient admitted with complaints of weakness, fatique and swelling in the legs. The patient with remarkable and severe anasarca-type edema on physical examination was diagnosed as nephrotic syndrome. As an etiological factor HIV positivity was detected in the patient. Renal biopsy revealed focal segmental glomerulosclerosis. It should be remembered that in patients with diagnosis of nephrotic syndome, HIV infection can be a probable etiologic factor
