Romatoid artrit ve ankilozan spondilitin hepatit B virüsü ile ilişkisi

Öz:

Romatoid artrit (RA) ve ankilozan spondilit (AS) multifaktöriyel etyolojiye sahip poliartritik hastalıklardır, Hepatit B virüsünün de (HBV) poliartritlerle ilişkili olabileceği rapor edilmiştir. Bu ilişkiyi belirlemek için, RA'li 20 hasta, AS'li 26 hasta ve 56 sağlıklı kontrol bu çalışmaya dahil edildi. HBV'nin serolojik markerleri (Hbs Ag, Anti-Hbs, Anti-Hbc Mal, Antl-Hbc IgM, Hbe Ag ve Anti-Hbe) tüm vakalarda değerlendirildi. Hbs Ag ve Anti-Hbs pozitifliği açısından her üç grup arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunamadı (p> 0.05). HBV ile karşılaşma oranı RA grubunda kontrol grubuna göre anlamlı olarak yüksekti (RA grubunda % 45, kontrol grubunda % 21.4) (p< 0.05). Sonuç olarak, HBV'nin RA etyolojisinde rol oynayabileceği kanısına varıldı.

The relationship of rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis with hepatitis B virus

Öz:

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and ankylosing spondylitis. (AS) are polyarthhtic diseases which have multifactorial etiology. Also, it is reported that the hepatitis B virus (HBV) may be associated with polyarthritis. Therefore, 20 patients with RA, 26 patients with AS and 56 healthy controls were included In this study to investigate this relationship. Serological markers of HBV (Hbs Ag, Anti-Hbs, Anti-Hbc total, Anti-Hbc IgM, Hbe Ag and Anti-Hbe) were evaluated in all cases. No significant relation was found between these three groups for Hbs Ag and Anti-Hbs positivlty (p> 0.05). The ratio of the coincide with HBV was increased in patients with RA when compared with healthy controls (45 % in the R A group, 21.4% in the control group) (p< 0.05). As a result; it was concluded that the HBV may play a role in the etiology ofRA.
