YENİ AÇIK EKONOMİ MAKROİKTİSAT TEORİSİ VE PARA POLİTİKASININ ULUSLARARASI BOYUTLARI
Bu makelenin amacı, Yeni Açık Ekonomi Makroiktisadı (New Open Economy Macroeconomics) (NOEM)) teorik literatürü bağlamında para politikasının uluslararası boyutlarını incelemektir. Para polikası bakımından dışa açıklığın etkileri, uluslararası parasal işbirliğinin sonuçları ve küreselleşmenin optimal para politikası üzerindeki etkileri NOEM literatürü çerçevesinde analiz edilmektedir. Eksik rekabet ve nominal katılıkları içeren genel denge modelleri üzerine kurulan NOEM literatürü, parasal ve döviz kuru şoklarının aktarma mekanizmasını yeniden analiz etmektedir. Bu yeni literatür para politikası otoritelerinin açık ekonomide hangi uluslararası değişkenlere tepki vermesi gerektiği ve uluslararası parasal işbirliğinin yararlı olup olmadığı gibi normatif sorulara yanıt vermek için önemli bir teorik çerçeve sunmaktadır. NOEM literatürü, artan reel ve finansal küresel entegrasyonun para politikasının aktarma mekanizması üzerindeki etkilerini Yeni Keynesyen açık ekonomi modelleri çerçevesinde inceleyen teorik çalışmalarla genişlemektedir.
