Böbrek Hastalarında Ultrasonografik Elastografi Kullanımı
Öz: Böbrek hastalıklarının değerlendirilmesinde ultrasonografinin önemli bir yeri vardır. Elastografi son yıllarda geliştirilen ve renal fibrozisi gösteren özel bir ultrasonografi yöntemidir. Bu yazıda elastografinin teknik özelliklerini ve kronik böbrek yetmezliği, böbrek nakli ve böbrek kitlesi gibi klinik alanlarda kullanımını güncel bilgiler eşliğinde irdeledik.

Elastography Usage in Renal Patients
Öz: Ultrasonography has an important role of in the evaluation of kidney diseases. Elastography is a special kind of ultrasound indicating renal fibrosis and has been developed in recent years. In this article we overview the technical features and usage of elastography in clinical conditions such as chronic renal failure, renal transplantation and renal masses in light of recent developments.
