Vücut sıvılarında Antemortem Postmortem Etil Alkol Düzeyinin Belirlenmesinde Kullanılan Biyobelirteçler

Öz:
Etil alkol kullanımı pek çok açıdan adli tıp pratiği ile çakış-maktadır. Bu durum etil alkol kullanımının ve postmortemüretiminin tespit edilmesini adli tıp açısından son dereceönemli kılmaktadır. Buna karşın antemortem-postmortem alkoldüzeylerinin belirlenmesinde klasik yöntemlerin pek çokdurumda yetersiz kaldığı görülmektedir. Bu durum etil alkolkullanımının tespiti için ek yöntemlere ihtiyaç duyulmasına sebepolmaktadır. Gama Glutamil Transferaz, Ortalama EritrositHacmi ve Karbonhidrat Takısı Eksik Transferrin gibi bazı yöntemlerinbelli dezavantajlarının olması da kullanım alanlarınıve yararlarını sınırlamaktadır. Son yıllarda etanol kullanımınıngöstergesi olarak tanımlanan etil glukronid, etil sülfat, fosfatidiletanol,5-hidroksitriptofol 5-hidroksiindol asetik asit oranıve yağ asidi etil esterleri gibi biyobelirteçlerin yararlılıkları pekçok çalışma ile kanıtlanmıştır. Bu derlemede, antemortempostmortem etil alkol ayrımı konusunda bu tür yeni yöntemlerinkullanımının yaygınlaştırılmasının öneminin vurgulanmasıamaçlanmıştır.

Biomarkers Used to Determine Antemortem and Postmortem Ethyl Alcohol Level in Body Fluids

Öz:
Consumption of ethyl alcohol has intersected with forensic sciencepractice in many situations. This situation makes it highlyimportant for forensic medicine to determine consumption andpostmortem production of ethyl alcohol. For all that, classicalmethods can be insufficient to determine the antemortemand postmortem ethanol level in many situations. This causesneed for additional methods for the detection of ethyl alcohol.The presence of certain disadvantages of some methodssuch as Gama Glutamyl Transferase, Main Corpuscular Volumeand Carbonhydrate Deficient Transferrin, it limits theirutility and their usage areas. The usefulness of biomarkerssuch as ethyl glucuronide, ethyl sulfate, phosphatidylethanol,5-Hydroxytryptophol/5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid ratio and fattyacid ethyl esters, which were determined as indicator of ethanoluse in the last years has been proven in many studies.In the present review article, it was aimed that to emphasizingthe importance of dissemination of using the similar new methodsabout identification of antemortem postmortem ethanol.
