ÖRGÜTSEL GÜVENİN SAĞLAMASINDA SİNİZMİN ETKİSİ: HAVALİMANI GÜVENLİK MEMURLARI ÖRNEĞİ

Öz:

Havacılık sektöründe emniyet ve güvenlik öncelikli iki konudur. Sıfır hata ve sıfır risk istenme özelliğine sahip havacılık sektöründe, tüm operasyonun sorunsuz bir şekilde tamamlanması, can ve mal güvenliğinin sağlanmasından geçmektedir. Operasyonun büyük bir bölümü havalimanlarında gerçekleştirildiğinden, güvenliğin sağlanması havalimanı güvenlik ve koruma personelinin sorumluluğundadır. Koruma ve güvenlik personelinin performansının en üst düzeyde olması, havalimanlarında güvenlik hizmetinin aksamamasını sağlayacak önemli öğelerden birisidir. Koruma ve güvenlik personeli performansının üst düzeyde olması için personelin kurumuna, yöneticilerine ve meslektaşlarına karşı kuşku duymaması ve onlara güvenmesi gerekmektedir. Çalışanın genel anlamda örgütüne karşı kuşku duyması olarak tanımlanan örgütsel sinizmin azaltılmasının yolu, güvenden geçmektedir. Duyulan bu güvene genel ve örgütsel sinizm negatif yönde etki edebilir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, havalimanlarında bir meslek olarak icra edilen koruma güvenlik personelinin genel ve örgütsel sinizminin örgütsel güvenine etkisini ortaya koymak ve örgütsel sinizmin aracılık etkisini ölçmektir. Bu amaçla Türkiye genelindeki 51 hava meydanında çalışan koruma görevlisine anket uygulanmıştır. 96 cevaplayıcı üzerinden yapılan ölçek sınamaları sonrasında Pearson korelasyon analizinde örgütsel sinizm ile genel sinizmle pozitif ve örgütsel güvenle negatif ilişki bulunmuştur. Yapısal eşitlik modeli çerçevesinde örgütsel sinizmin genel sinizm ile örgütsel güven arasında aracılık etkisi test edilmiş, genel sinizmin örgütsel güvene etkisi anlamlı olmadığından aracılık etkisi bulunamamıştır. Sonuç olarak, genel sinizm, örgütsel sinizm ve güven arasındaki ilişkiye yönelik model önerisinde bulunulmuştur

Fasioskapulohumeral Muskuler Distrofi ve Anestezi

Öz:

Fasioskapulohumeral musküler distrofi (FSHD), omuz ve yüz kaslarının tutulumuyla başlayan, ilerleyici bir kas distrofisidir. İlerleyici işitme kaybı ve göz dibinde kapiller telanjiektaziler, mikroanevrizmalar, retinal vaskülopati bildirilmiştir. Kas hastalıklarında inhalasyon anestezikleri ve süksinilkolin kullanımının, malign hipertermi, rabdomiyoliz riskiyle karşılaşma olasılığını arttırdığı bilinmektedir. Çalışmamızda, sol gözde vazoproliferatif tümör ve maküler retinopati nedeniyle cerrahi girişim geçiren FSHMD tanılı hastaya uyguladığımız başarılı anestezi yönetimini sunmayı amaçladık.

Öz:

Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy and AnesthesiaFacioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy (FSHD), is a progressive muscular disorder. Typical features include wasting of the facial or shoulder muscles. Progressive hearing loss and retinal vasculopathy with capillary telangiectasis and microaneurysms has been reported. It is known that the use of inhalation anesthetics and succinylcholine in muscular diseases increases the risk of malignant hyperthermia, the risk of rhabdomyolysis. In the present report we described successful anesthetic management for a patient with an FSHMD who underwent surgery for vasoproliferative tumor and macular retinopathy in the left eye.

THE EFFECT OF CYNICISM IN PROVIDING ORGANIZATIONAL TRUST: A CASE OF AIRPORT SECURITY OFFICERS

Öz:

Safety and security are two priorities in the aviation sector. In the aviation sector, which is managed for zero error and risk feature, the entire operation that completed smoothly is the way to ensure the safety of life and property. As a large part of the operation is carried out at the airports, it is the responsibility of the aviation security officer to ensure safety. The fact that the performance of the security officer is at the highest level is one of the important feature to ensure that security services at the airport will not fail. In order to performance of security officer at a high level, it is necessary for the personnel to have no doubt and trust on their institution, managers and colleagues. The way of reducing organizational cynicism, which is defined as the employee's suspicion of organization in general terms, is the trust. The general and organizational cynicism can affect negatively on trust. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effect of general and organizational cynicism on organizational trust of security officers, performed as a profession, at airports and to measure the mediation effect of organizational cynicism. For this purpose, a questionnaire was applied to the security officer that working in 51 airports in Turkey. Following Pearson's Correlation Analysis with 96 respondents, the positive correlation was found organizational cynicism with general cynicism and negative with organizational trust. A model of the Structural Equational Model carried out that the mediating effect of organizational cynicism between general cynicism and organizational trust has been tested. Due to the effect of general cynicism on organizational trust was not significant, organizational cynicism has not a mediation effect. Consequently, a model has been proposed a relationship between general cynicism, organizational cynicism and trust.
