KOLONOSKOPİDE ÇEKAL POLİP İMAJI VEREN İNVERTE APENDİKS GÜDÜĞÜ
Öz: Çekumda kitle imajına yol açabilen inverteapendiks güdüğü apendektominin oldukça nadirkomplikasyonlarından biridir. Kolonoskopideapendiks invajinasyonu veya inverte güdükpolip ya da tümör görünümü vererek yanıltıcıolabilmektedir. Bu nedenden dolayı biyopsidengeniş rezeksiyona kadar değişen çeşitli tedavileruygulandığı görülmektedir. Kolonoskopik tanıkonulan hasta sayısı oldukça az olup kolonoskopiktedavi yaklaşımları olası peritonit riski gözönünde tutularak seçilmiş hastalarda uygulanabilir.Bu yazıda snare polipektomi sonrası tanıkonulan, kolonoskopide çekal polip imajı vereninverte apendiks güdüğü olgusu sunulmuştur.Özellikle apendiks orifisi düzeyine lokalize lezyonlardainverte güdük ya da intussepsiyonihtimalinin akılda tutulması gerektiği, kolonoskopikyaklaşım ile tedavinin de seçenekler arasındaolabileceği vurgulanmak istenmiştir.

THE INVERTED APPENDICEAL STUMP THAT MIMICK CAECAL POLYP IN COLONOSCOPIC EXAMINATION
Öz: The inverted appendix stump which can mimick mass image in caecum is one of the rare complication of appendectomy. Intussusception of appendix or inverted appendiceal stump may appear like a polyp or tumor during colonoscopy. For this reason, many different treatments such as biopsy to extensive resection is done. The number of patients diagnosed colonoscopic is very low. Colonoscopic treatment can be applied in selected patients considering potential risk of peritonitis. In this article we described a case of inverted appendiceal stump imaged caecal polyp during colonoscopy that is diagnosed after snare polypectomy. We need to keep in mind the possibility of intussusception or inverted stump for lesions that localized around the orifice of the appendix and colonoscopic aproach can be an option of treatment.
