İDEAL GÖZLEMCİ TARAFSIZ İZLEYİCİ MİDİR?
Öz: Birçok felsefeci Bilişselci bir meta-etik kuramı olan İdeal Gözlemci kuramınınAdam Smith’in Tarafsız İzleyici düşüncesinin bir türevi olduğunu düşünür. Ba-zıları da bunu şüpheli bulur ve bu kanıya katılmaz. Bu çalışma öncelikli olarakAdam Smith’in Tarafsız İzleyici kuramı ile Roderick Firth’ün İdeal gözlemcikuramlarını açıklamaya çalışıyor. Daha sonra bu iki kuramı karşılaştırarak İdealGözlemci kuramının Tarafsız İzleyici Kuramı’nın bir türevi olup olmadığının ya-nıtı aranıyor ve iki kuramın belirgin biçimde farklı olduğu sonucu savunuluyor.

IS THE IDEAL OBSERVER AN IMPARTIAL SPECTATOR?
Öz: Many philosophers think that Ideal Observer theory a, cognitivist meta-ethical view is derived from Adam Smith’s Impartial Spectator while some philosophers find this controversial. In this paper, first I try to explain both Adam Smith’s Impartial Spectator and Roderick Firth’s Ideal Observer Theory. Then I compare the two in order to evaluate the truth of the claim that Ideal observer is a kind of a variant of Impartial Spectator. I argue that the two clainus are obviously different from each other.
