Ensefalosel ve Kistik Higromanın Eşlik Ettiği Cantrell Pentalojisi
Öz: Cantrell pentalojisi, 1958 yılında tanımlanmış olup abdomino-torakal yetersiz füzyon defektidir. Umbilikus üstü karın defekti, sternum alt uç defekti, kardiyak anomali, diyafragma anterior kısmında yetmezlik ve diyafragmatik perikard yokluğunu içeren beş bulguya sahiptir. Cantrellpentalojisi canlı doğumlar arasında milyonda 5,5 ila 7,9 arasında görülmektedir. Otuz dört yaşındaki olgunun, gebeliğinin 12. haftasında yapılan ultrasonografik incelemesinde omfalosele eşlikeden ektopia kordis görülmesi üzerine Cantrell pentalojisi düşünüldü. Aileye obstetrik ve genetikdanışmanlık verildi ve prognoz hakkında bilgilendirilme yapılarak, aileye terminasyon seçeneğisunuldu ve aile gebeliği sonlandırma yönünde karar verdi. Ultrasonografik değerlendirmede omfalosel ile eşlik eden ektopia kordis birlikteliği varsa akla ilk olarak Cantrell pentalojisi getirilmelidir.Prenatal dönemde Cantrell pentolojisi tanısı rahatlıkla ilk trimesterde konulabilmektedir. Bu yazıdaensefalosel ve kistik higromanın eşlik ettiği, nadir görülen Cantrell pentalojili bir olgunun sunulması amaçlanmıştır.

Öz: Cantrell pentalogy is described in 1958 and is an abdomino-thoracic inadequate fusion defect. It has five findings that include abdominal wall defect, sternum lower end defect, cardiac anomalies, insufficiency in anterior portion of diaphragm, and absence of diaphragmatic pericardium. Cantrell pentalogy is seen between 5.5 and 7.9 per cent of live births. Thirty four years old women, ectopia cordis accompanied by omphalocele was seen during ultrasonographic examination at 12 week and Cantrell pentalogy was considered. The prognosis was informed by giving obstetric and genetic counseling to the family. The family decided to end the pregnancy. If transvaginal ultrasonography is accompanied by omphalocele and accompanying extrapyramidal cord, Cantrell pentalogy should be introduced first. The prenatal diagnosis of Cantrell pentalogy can be easily established in the first trimester. In this article we report a rare Cantrell pentalo geography with encephalocele and cystic hygroma.
