Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma of the Nasal Septum: A Case Report
Öz: Metastatic lesions of the nasal cavity and paranasalsinuses are rare tumors. Carcinomas originating fromintrapelvic organs play an important role in the differential diagnosis of these masses because of their paradoxic spread to the head and neck region. In this studywe report a case with metastatic renal cell carcinoma ofthe caudal nasal septum.

Öz: Nazal kavite ve paranazal sinüslerin metastatik lez- yonları az rastlanır tümörlerdir. Bu kitlelerin ayırıcı tanıları içerisinde, paradoksik baş boyun bölgesi ya- yılımı yapabilmeleri nedeni ile intrapelvik organ kay- naklı karsinomların önemli yeri vardır. Bu çalışmada we report a case with metastatic renal cell carcinoma of the caudal nasal septum.
