Erken Ergenlikte Güvenli Bağlanma ve Öz-Yeterlik: Umudun Aracı Rolü

Öz:
Erken ergenlik çocukluk ve geç ergenlik arasında yer alan ve tipikolarak 10 ve 14 yaş aralığını kapsayan önemli bir gelişimaşamasıdır. Bu araştırma, ergenlerin bu kritik dönemde sağlıklıgelişimlerinde önemli bir işleve sahip öz-yeterlik inançlarınayönelik bir model geliştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Güvenli bağlananergenlerin artan umut aracılığıyla daha fazla öz-yeterlik inancınasahip olacağı varsayılmıştır. Araştırmanın katılımcıları, Antalyailindeki üç farklı ortaokulda, altı, yedi ve sekizinci sınıflara devameden 353 ergenden oluşmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında İlişkiÖlçekleri Anketi, Çocuklar için Umut Ölçeği ve Çocuklar İçin ÖzYeterlik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular, araştırmadaincelenen tüm değişkenler arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişkilerolduğunu göstermiştir. Aracılık analizinden elde edilen bulgular,güvenli bağlanma ve öz-yeterlik arasındaki ilişkiye umudunaracılık ettiğini ve araştırmada test edilen modelin öz-yeterliktekitoplam varyansın yaklaşık %40’ını açıkladığını ortaya koymuştur.Araştırma bulguları alan yazın bağlamında tartışılmış vegelecekteki çalışmalar için önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
