Spinal Cerrahide Gelecek Vaat Eden Moleküler Gelişmeler

Öz:
Amaç: Bu çalışmada, dünya genelinde yapılan çalışmalariçerisinde, omurga patolojisinin giderilmesinde araştırılan, moleküler düzeyde gerçekleştirilen hücresel bazlı hedeftedavilerin, sistematik olarak incelenip, konu hakkındadaha büyük bir fotoğrafı görebilmek amaçlandı.Gereçler ve Yöntem: Bu çalışmada, dil kısıtlamasıolmaksızın; the cochrane collaboration the cochrane, thecochrane library, ovid medline, proquest, us nationallibrary of medicine National Institutes of Health (NLM)ve PubMed, elektronik veritabanlarında, Ağusto s 1888 ila8 Ocak 2018 tarihleri arasında, “target therapy” ve“spinal surgery” ile ilgili yapılan ve basılmış olan klinikçalışmalar “AND”, “OR” şeklinde literatür taramasıyapılarak incelendi.

Promising Molecular Developments in Spinal Surgery

Öz:
Introduction: In this study, it was aimed to investigate systematically the cellular based target treatments performed at the molecular level concerning spinal pathology and to show a broader profile about the subject. Materials and Methods: Clinical trials concerning target therapy and spinal surgery conducted between August 1, 1888 and January 8, 2018, in the Cochrane Collaborat ion, the Cochrane Library, Ovid Medline, ProQuest, the National Library of Medicine, and the PubMed electronic databases, were scanned using terms "OR", "AND without language and country restrictions. The articles that met the examination criteria were included in the study. After descriptive statistical evaluation, the results were reported in number with the help of the Microsoft Office Excel (2013) Program. Results: After scanning 1.812.000 articles, it was seen that there were 6 articles that met the research criteria. Conclusion: It was not found sufficient evidence for research into target treatments that can be used in the field of spinal surgery. In order to be able to make a remark on the clinical use, there is an urgent need for invivo studies and for trials with randomized, controlled and clinical designs that provide long-term functional outcomes.
