TERSİNE LOJİSTİK TEORİ VE UYGULAMALARININ SON 10 YILI: BİBLİYOMETRİK BİR ANALİZ

Öz:
Dünya ticaretinin dinamiklerinin değişmesi, üretim teknolojilerindeki ve tüketim alışkanlıklarındaki farklılaşmalar ve sürdürülebilirlik düşünce ve uygulamalarının yaygınlık kazanması ürünlerin geri kazanımı ve çevreye zarar vermeksizin bertaraf edilmesi konusunda toplumların bilinçlilik düzeyini artırmıştır. Toplumların, uluslararası örgütlerin ve STK’ların konuya artan bu ilgi düzeyi, lojistik yönetiminde ürün geri kazanımı, yeniden üretim ve ürünlerin bertarafı veya tamir için geri çağırma olarak bilinen tersine lojistik görüş ve uygulamalarına da daha fazla önem atfedilmesine yol açmıştır. Bu çalışmanın odak ilgisi, 2010-2019 yıllarında tersine lojistik alanında ortaya konulan bilimsel çıktıların incelenerek araştırma ve uygulamaların seyrini nitel bir çözümleme ile ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda Web of Science veritabanında tersine lojistik, yeniden üretim, yeniden kullanım, geri kazanım, geri dönüşüm, yok etme, tersine akış,yenileme gibi konuya ilişkin anahtar kelimeler kullanılarak tarama yapılmış ve toplamda 701 yayınaulaşılmıştır. Araştırma yöntemi olarak Bibliyometrik Analiz ve İçerik Analizi yöntemleri birlikte kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada öncelikle bibliyometrik analiz, daha sonrasında ise içerik analizi yapılmıştır. Bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi, incelenen yayınlara ilişkin genel bilgiler sunduğundan dolayı söz konusuliteratürü daha detaylı incelemek adına içerik analizi yöntemi de kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları; 2015 yılından itibaren niceliksel bir yoğunlaşma olduğunu, araştırma makalesi ve ampirik analiz eksenli yayınların ağırlık kazandığını ve üniversiteler bazında Tersine Lojistik temalı en fazla yayın yapan üniversitenin ABD’de bulunan Auburn Üniversitesi olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. Ayrıca, özetlerde en fazla değinilen kavramın tedarik zinciri olduğu, en fazla çalışılan konunun kapalı döngü tedarik zinciri yönetimi olduğu ve en fazla kullanılan yöntemin analitik hiyerarşi süreci yöntemi olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

LAST DECADE OF REVERSE LOGISTICS THEORY AND APPLICATIONS: A BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS

Öz:
Changes in the dynamics of world trade, changes in production technologies and consumption habits, and the widespread use of sustainability ideas and practices have increased the level of awareness of the society in terms of recycling of products and disposing of them without harming the environment. This increased level of interest from communities, international organizations and NGOs has also given greater importance to Reverse Logistics views and practices, known as product recovery in Logistics Management, reproduction and recall for product disposal or repair. The focus of this study is to examine the scientific outcomes of reverse logistics in the last decade and to demonstrate the course of research and practices with a qualitative analysis. For this purpose, reverse logistics, reproduction, re-use, recovery, recycling, destruction, reverse flow, refurbish concepts were used to scan in the Web of Science database and a total of 701 publications were reached. Both bibliometric analysis and content analysis methods were used in the study. In the study, firstly bibliometric analysis and then content analysis were performed. Since the bibliometric analysis method provides general information about the publications examined, content analysis method was also used to examine the literature in detail. As a result, it was found that most publications were made in 2015, publications in the type of research articles were in the majority and most publications were made by Auburn University in the USA. In addition, it was determined that the most mentioned concept is the supply chain in the abstracts, the most studied subject is closed loop supply chain management and the most used method is analytic hierarchy process.
