Giant right sinus of Valsalva aneurysm led to proximal right coronary artery occlusion

Öz:

Coronary artery stenosis or occlusion due to sinus of Valsalva aneurysm (SVA) is rare, while SVA leading to right coronaryartery occlusion is extremely rare (1-3). We present a case of agiant right SVA combined with proximal right coronary obstruction, wherein good results were achieved in the patient withearly surgical intervention.
