Akut distal biseps tendon rüptüründe modifiye çift insizyonla tamir tekniğinin erken sonuçları.
Öz: Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı distal biseps tendonu total rüptürü olgularında modifiyeçift insizyonla tamir tekniğinin klinik ve radyolojik sonuçlarını ve komplikasyon oranlarını paylaşmaktır.Hastalar ve Yöntemler: 2014- 2017 tarihleri arasında akut distal biseps braki tendonrüptürü olan 8 olguda modifiye çift insizyon tekniği ile tamir yapıldı. Klasik teknikten farklı olarak sütürler tuberositas radii'den dorsale menisküs dikiş aparatı yardımıile gönderildi. Tendon, tuberositas radii'de hazırlanan alana transosseoz sütürler iletespit edildi. Ortalama 36.3 (13-60) ay takip sonrasında hastalar son kontrolde MayoElbow Performance Score (MEPS) , nörolojik muayene ve röntgen incelemesi iledeğerlendirildi.Bulgular: Sağlam tarafla karşılaştırıldığında aktif eklem hareket açıklığının aynı olduğu görüldü: Fleksiyon 132.8º (120-150º), ekstansiyon 0.2º (0-5º), supinasyon 83.2º(75-90º), pronasyon 85º (75-90º). Ortalama MEPS skoru 93.3 (86-100) saptandı. Hiçbir olguda nörolojik komplikasyon, tendon re-rüptürü, radioulnar sinostoz (RUS) veyaheterotropik ossifikasyon (HO) görülmedi.Sonuç: Akut distal biseps braki tendon total rüptürlerinde modifiye çift insizyontekniği ile tamir dirsek eklem hareket açıklığının tekrar kazanılmasında başarılıdır veiyi klinik sonuçlara sahiptir.

Öz: Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical and radiological results and complication rates of repair technique with modified double incision in patients with total rupture of distal biceps tendon. Patients and Methods: Eight patients with acute distal biceps brachi tendon rupture between 2014 and 2017 underwent repair with the modified double incision technique. Unlike classical technique, sutures were sent from tuberositas radii to dorsal with the help of meniscus stitching apparatus. Tendon was attached by transosseous su-tures in the area prepared in tuberositas radii. After a mean follow-up of 36.3 (13-60) months, the patients were evaluated with Mayo Elbow Performance Score (MEPS), neurological examination and x-ray examination. Results: When compared with the intact side, the range of active joint motion was the same: Flexion 132.8º (120-150º), extension 0.2º (0-5º), supination 83.2º (75-90º), pronation 85º (75-90º). Mean MEPS score was 93.3 (86-100). Neurological complication, re-rupture, radioulnar synostosis (RUS) or heterotropic ossification (HO) were not observed. Conclusion: The repair of the acute distal biceps brachi tendon total ruptures with a modified double incision technique has been successful in regaining the range of motion and has provided good clinical results.
