PSİKOLOJİK SERMAYE-İÇ GİRİŞİMCİLİK İLİŞKİSİNDE KİŞİ-ÖRGÜT UYUMUNUN ARACI ROLÜ

Öz:
Bu araştırma; psikolojik sermayenin iç girişimcilik üzerindeki etkisini ve kişi-örgüt uyumunun,psikolojik sermaye ve iç girişimcilik arasındaki aracılık rolünü belirlemek amacıyla, Ankara’daki kamukurumlarında görev yapan 575 katılımcıdan oluşan bir örneklem üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Eldeedilen veriler üzerinde frekans, güvenirlik ve korelasyon analizlerinin yanında doğrulayıcı faktör analiziile yapısal eşitlik modellemesi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, psikolojik sermayenin hem kişiörgüt uyumunu hem de iç girişimciliği pozitif yönde etkilediği ortaya konulmuştur. Ayrıca, psikolojiksermaye ile iç girişimcilik ilişkisinde kişi-örgüt uyumunun aracılık rolü olduğu yönündeki araştırmahipotezi de desteklenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarının; literatür çalışmalarına katkı sağlaması ve kamupersonelinin psikolojik sermaye, iç girişimcilik ve kişi-örgüt uyumu düzeyleri hakkında araştırmacılarave uygulayıcılara fikir vermesi hedeflenmiştir.

THE MEDIATING ROLE OF PERSON-ORGANIZATION FIT IN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PSYCHOLOGICAL CAPITAL AND INTRAPRENEURSHIP

Öz:
This study has been carried out to determine the impact of pyschological capital on intrapreneurship and the mediating role of person organization fit in this relationship. The sample of the study consisted of 575 employees working at public organizations in Ankara. The data are analysed by frequency, reliability, correllation, confirmative factor analyzes and also structural equation modelling. The findings indicate that psychological capital has a positive impact on both person-organization fit and intrapreneurship. In addition, the research hypothesis that person-organization fit has the mediating role between psychological capital and intrapreneurship is supported. The results of this study are aimed to contribute to the literature and to give insight to researchers and practitioners about psychological capital, intrapreneurship and person-organization fit of public servants.
