ÇALIŞANLARIN İŞLERİNE YÖNELİK TUTUMLARI İLE KİŞİLİK ÖZELLİKLERİNİN KARAR VERME STİLLERİ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ

ÇALIŞANLARIN İŞLERİNE YÖNELİK TUTUMLARI İLE KİŞİLİK ÖZELLİKLERİNİN KARAR VERME STİLLERİ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİSİ

Öz:
Günümüz çalışma ortamında bireyler işlerine yönelik çeşitli tutumlar sergilemektedirler. İşyerlerinde çalışan bu bireyler farklı kişilik özelliklerinin yanısıra farklı karar verme stillerine de sahip olabilmektedirler. Daha önce gerçekleştirilen çalışmalarda bu konular farklı bir şekilde incelenmiştir. Bu açıdan toplamda404 çalışana uygulanan bu araştırmada özel sektörde çalışan bireylerin işlerine yönelik olumlu tutumlar sergiledikleri bu tutumlarının kişilikleri üzerinde de olumluetkilerinin olduğu çalışma sonuçları ile ortaya koyulmuştur. Ayrıca çalışanlarınkişilik özelliklerinin de karar verme stilleri üzerinde genel itibari ile olumlu veanlamlı etkilerinin olduğu anlaşılmaktadır. Ancak uygulamada çalışanların nevrotizmin (duygusal dengesizlik) etkisi diğer kişilik özelliklerine göre (dışadönüklük,sorumluluk, uyumluluk, deneyime açıklık) daha az olsa da nihai olarak çalışanlarda alt seviyelerde endişe ve stresin olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Karar vermestilleri açısından bakıldığında ise çalışanların sadece bağımlı karar verme stillerinegatif ve anlamlı ilişki ortaya koymuştur. Diğer dört değişkende (ani, rasyonel,sezgisel, çekingen) ise pozitif ve anlamlı ilişkiler elde edilmiştir. Sonuç olarakçalışma ile literatüre farklı bakış açıları kazandırabilecektir.

THE EFFECTS OF EMPLOYEES’ ATTITUDES TOWARDS THEIR WORKS AND THEIR PERSONALITY FEATURES ON DECISION-MAKING STYLES

Öz:
In today’s working environment, individuals exhibit various attitudes towards their jobs. These individuals working in the workplace can have different personality characteristics as well as different decision making styles. In previous studies, these issues were examined in a different way. In this study, which is applied to 404 employees in total, the positive results of the attitudes of the individuals working in the private sector have positive effects on their personalities. In addition, it is understood that the personality traits of the employees have positive and significant effects on the decision-making styles in general. However, in practice, the effect of employees on neuroticism (emotional imbalance) is less than other personality traits (extraversion, responsibility, compliance, openness to experience), but the employees finally find that there is little concern and stress. In terms of decision-making styles, only dependent decision-making styles of employees revealed a negative and significant relationship. In the other four variables (sudden, rational, intuitive, timid) positive and meaningful relationships are obtained. As a result, literature will be made to earn different perspectives.
