KARİYER GELİŞİMİNDE YENİ YAKLAŞIMLAR: ÖRNEK VAKA İNCELEMELERİ İLE PLANLANMIŞ ŞANS KURAMI VE KARİYER YAPILANDIRMA KURAMI

Öz:
Türkiye‟de çalışmakta olan kariyer danışmanlarınınve okul psikolojik danışmanlarının, bireyleri 21. yüzyılıngereklerine hazırlamaları ve 4. Sanayi Devrimi‟ningetirdikleri dezavantajlarla sağlıklı bir şekilde başaçıkabilmelerine yardımcı olabilmeleri önemlidir. Bununiçin danışanlarına rehberlik ve psikolojik danışmahizmetleri sunmada Planlanmış Şans Kuramı (PSK) veKariyer Yapılandırma Kuramı‟nı (KYK) tanımalarının vebu kuramların kariyer danışma süreçleri ile ilgili bilgiedinmelerinin önemli olacağı düşünülmektedir. Buradanhareketle bu çalışma kapsamında, PSK ve KYK ile ilgiliaçıklamalar ve bu yöntemin psikolojik danışmanlartarafından anlaşılmasını desteklemek için vaka çalışmalarısunulmaktadır. Vaka incelemelerinden hareketle, bukuramların bireylerin kariyer problemlerini çözmek içinetkili bir şekilde kullanılabileceği söylenebilir.

Öz:
It is important that career counselors and school counselors working in Turkey, prepare individuals for the requirements of the 21. Century and help their clients to learn effective coping strategies to cope with disadvatages of the 4th Industrial Revolution. For this purpose, it is considered important to have knowledge about Planned Happenstance Theory (PHT) and Career Construction Theory (CCT) in providing guidance and psychological counseling services and to gain knowledge about these theories‟ career counseling processes. From this point of view, descriptions of the PHT and CCT and case studies are presented to promote counselor understanding of this method. Based on case studies, it can be said that these theories can be used effectively for solving career problems of individuals.
