KAYNAK TEMELLİ STRATEJİK İNSAN KAYNAKLARI YÖNETİMİ

Öz:
Örgütlerde İK fonksiyonunun sürdürülebilir rekabet avantajı yaratması açısından meşruiyetinin tartışıldığı çerçevede bu çalışmada öncelikli amaç beşeri kaynaklara dayalı bir İK stratejisi geliştirilirken kaynak temelli yaklaşım ve stratejik İKY’nin kesişim noktaları ve kaynak temelli yaklaşımın stratejik İKY açısından güçlü ve zayıf yanlarını eleştirel bir bakışla incelemektir. Bu bağlamda öncelikle kaynak temelli yaklaşım ve stratejik İKY arasındaki ilişki kuramsal olarak incelenip, kaynak temelli yaklaşım kullanılarak İK stratejisinin oluşturulma süreci anlatılacaktır. Son kısımda ise kaynak temelli yaklaşımın stratejik İKY alanında uygulanması ile ilgili olarak pratikte karşılaşılan sorunlar ve alandaki tartışmalar çalışma bağlamında değerlendirilecektir. Buna ek olarak kaynak temelli yaklaşım-stratejik İKY ilişkisi ile ilgili olarak gelecek kuramsal ve ampirik çalışmalar için öneriler getirmek amaçlanmaktadır
