ÇEMKA HÖYÜK’TE AÇIĞA ÇIKARILAN ÇANAK-ÇÖMLEKSİZ NEOLİTİK DÖNEM A EVRESİ RADYAN PLANLI YAPILARI

ÇEMKA HÖYÜK’TE AÇIĞA ÇIKARILAN ÇANAK-ÇÖMLEKSİZ NEOLİTİK DÖNEM A EVRESİ RADYAN PLANLI YAPILARI
Öz: Son yıllarda, Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi’nde baraj kurtarma kazılarıyla paralel olarak artan arkeolojik kazı çalışmalarında bölgenin uzak geçmişine dair önemli bilgiler elde edilmiştir. Bilhassa Ilısu Barajı ve HES Projesi kapsamında yapılan arkeolojik kazılar sonrası bölgenin Neo-litik Çağ kültürleri üzerine önemli veriler ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Bu bağlamda Ilısu Barajı ve HES Projesi kapsamında 2019 yılında Çemka Höyük’te yürütülen arkeolojik kazılar Yukarı Dicle Vadisi Çanak-Çömleksiz Neolitik dönem A evresi ve Geç Epi-Paleolitik dönem hakkında önemli bilgiler vermektedir. Yerleşim yerinde çok sayıda yuvarlak planlı yapı, yontmataş ve sürtme taş alet ve mezar açığa çıkarılmıştır. Çemka Höyük yerleşim yerinin bir diğer özelliği ise Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesi’nde örneği olmayan ve daha çok Suriye’de bulunan yerleşim yerleri ile özdeşleştirilen Rad-yan Planlı (içten köşeli bölmeli yuvarlak planlı1) yapıların bulunmasıdır. Hem Çanak-Çömleksiz Neolitik Dönem’de bölgenin kültürel yapısı hem de çevre bölgelerle olan ilişkisi hakkında önemli bilgiler vermektedir.

Öz: In recent years, important information about the history of South-eastern Anatolia region has been obtained thanks to the increasing archaeological excavations in parallel with the dam rescue excavations. Especially after many archaeological excavations carried out within the scope of Ilısu Dam and HEP Project, important data on the Neolithic Period cultures of the region were obtained. In this context, archaeological excavations carried out in Çemka Höyük in 2019 within the scope of Ilısu Dam and HEP Project provide important information about the Upper Tigris basin late Pre-Pottery Neolithic A phase and the Late Epipaleolithic Period. A large number of circle structures, chipped stone, grinding stone tools and graves were unearthed in the settlement. Another feature of the Çemka Höyük is that, it gives important information about the cultural structure of the region and its relationship with the surrounding regions during the Pre-Pottery Neolithic Period due to the presence of Radians Planned structures (round plan with internal corners), which are unmatched in the South-eastern Anatolia Region.
