Yenidoğan ve Gebelerde Yeni Coronavirüs Hastalığı 2019 ( Covid 19)

Öz:

Aralık 2019’da, Çin’in Wuhan kentinde etiyolojisi bilinmeyen bir grup pnömoni vakası bildirildi. COVID -19 olarak adlandırılan, hayatı tehdit eden bu hastalığa şiddetli akut solunum yolu sendromu koronavirüs-2 (SARS-CoV-2) neden olduve enfeksiyon diğer ülkelere bulaşarak tüm dünyaya yayıldı. COVID 19lu gebeler ve yenidoğanlar ile ilgili mevcut verilersınırlıdır ve COVID-19’lu yenidoğan ve çocuklar için yönetim, yetişkin deneyimine dayanır. Bu makalede, yenidoğanlardave gebelerde COVID-19 enfeksiyonu hakkındaki güncel literatür incelendi ve COVID- 19 enfekte yenidoğan ve gebelerinyönetimi, klinik bulguları, tanı, tedavi stratejileri ve emzirme ile ilgili önemli noktalar özetlendi.

Öz:

A series of pneumonia cases of unknown etiology have been reported in Wuhan, China since December 2019. This life-threating respiratory disease, named COVID -19 is caused by infection with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) and it has transmitted to other countries spread around the world. There are limited case series reporting the influence on pregnant women and newborn with COVID 19. The management for newborn and children with COVID-19 is based on adult experience. This article reviews the current knowledge of COVID-19 infection in newborns and pregnant women. Important details are summarized about breastfeeding, prevention,clinical characteristics, diagnosis and strategies of treatment of newborn and pregnant women in this review.
