Covıd-19’un Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedefleri Üzerine Etkileri

Öz:

Birleşmiş Milletler 2015 yılında 2030 yılını hedef göstererek SürdürülebilirKalkınma Hedeflerini kabul etmiştir. Bu kavram; eldeedilen sosyal, ekonomik ve çevresel kazanımlardan kimsenin geridekalmaması amaçlanarak geliştirilmiştir. Buna uygun olarak 2030yılı için bir yol haritası çizmiş olan dünya şu anda büyük bir krizyaratan Yeni Koronavirüs Hastalığı (COVID-19) pandemisi ile karşıkarşıyadır. Bu kriz tüm ülkeleri ve tüm bireyleri etkileyen küreselbir sağlık krizi olarak başlamışken; ekonomik, sosyal ve politik pekçok açıdan insanları tehdit etmeye başlamıştır. Dünya bu benzersizsalgının etkilerine yanıt verirken; bunun Sürdürülebilir KalkınmaHedeflerini nasıl etkileyebileceğini doğru değerlendirmek durumundadır.Sadece küresel çözümlerle üstesinden gelinebilecek küreselzorluklar yaratan COVID-19 felaketi; 2030 hedefleri için çizilen yolplanını da aksatmaktadır. Bu kriz sürdürülebilirlik kavramının ve bukavramın kapsayıcılığın önemini bizlere dramatik sonuçlarla anımsatmaktadır.Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedeflerinin 2030’a kadarbaşarılabilmesi için çabalamak tüm dünya ve insanlık için zamanadayalı bir sınav olacaktır.

Öz:

United Nations declared Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2015 by targeting 2030. This concept developed for leaving no one behind from social, economic, environmental earnings. Accordingly; humanity, who has drawn a road map for 2030, is currently struggling with the pandemic of the New Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) which has created a major crisis. This crisis started as a global health crisis which effects all countries and all individuals; but now it threatens humanity in many aspects. While the world responding to the effects of this epidemic; it is very important to evaluating the basic factors in the context of SDGs. While COVID-19 disrupting the schedule for 2030 targets; it creates global challenges to overcome with global solutions only. This crisis reminds us of the importance of the concept of sustainability and its comprehensiveness with dramatic results. Trying to achieve SDGs by 2030 will be a time-based challenge for the world and humanity.
