Krizde İşten Çıkarılmaların Banka Yöneticileri Üzerine Etkileri: Örgütsel Bağlılık, Güven ve Güçlendirme Algıları
Bu çalışmada, kriz nedeniyle işten çıkarımlar sonrası küçülen bankalarda kalan yöneticilerin bu durumu kendi bireysel gelişmeleri için bir fırsat olarak mı değerlendirdikleri yoksa iş yüzü artışı nedeniyle daha çok çalışmaları gereken ve bir süre sonra sıranın kendilerine geleceği endişesi mi yaratacağı temel çıkış noktası olmuştur. - Çalışma sonucunda krizde işten çıkarımların olduğu banka yöneticilerinin işten çıkarımların olmadığı banka yöneticilerine göre örgütsel bağlılıklarının daha düşük, üstlerine duydukları güvenin daha az olduğu ve kendilerini daha az güçlendirilmiş hissettikleri anlaşılmıştır. Yapılan detaylı analiz sonucunda çalışma kapsamına alınan banka yöneticilerinden işten çıkarımların olduğu bankalarda çalışanların üstlerine duydukları duygusal güvenin değil de bilişsel güvenin daha az olduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Ayrıca, işten çıkarımların olduğu bankalarda çalışan yöneticilerin, güçlendirmenin alt boyutlarından yeterlilik, seçim ve etki boyutları bakımından kendilerini daha az güçlendirilmiş hissettikleri belirlenmiştir.
