Primary Colonic Lenfoma (Maltoma) : A Rare Case

Öz:

Primary colonic lymphoma is one of the rarest tumors of the gastrointestinal tract. In the literature there are some cases presented with gastrointestinal bleeding or iron deficiency due to maltoma but there are limited cases with obstruction caused by colonic maltoma. Gastrointestinal lenfomas are mostly non-Hodgkin lenfomas and many of them are settled in the stomach. Colonic presentation of malt lenfoma occurs about at the rate of %1-5. So, we would like to present a rare case with primary colonic lenfoma referred to the hospital with obstruction clinic and discharged home with full recovery after surgery. The patient received written concent that the data about him would be used for scientific publication purposes.

Öz:

Primer kolon lenfoması gastrointestinal traktın en nadir görülen tümörlerinden biridir. Literatürde gastrointestinal kanama ya da demir eksikliğiyle presente olmuş maltoma vakaları olmasına rağmen, kolon maltoması sebebiyle obstrüksiyonla klinik presentasyonu olan vaka bildirilmemiştir. Gastrointestinal lenfomaların çoğu non-Hodgkin lenfomadır ve bunların büyük kısmı mide lokalizasyonludur. Malt lenfomanın kolonik yerleşimi yaklaşık %1-5 oranında görülmektedir. Bu yüzden, kliniğimize gastrointestinal obstruksiyon bulgularıyla başvuran ve sebep olarak primer kolon lenfoması saptandıktan sonra cerrahi tedavi ile kür sağlanan nadir hastayı sunmayı amaçladık. Hastadan verilerinin bilimsel yayın amaçlı kullanılabileceğine dair yazılı onam alındı.
